Micros

- Mild Micro Mix

Description-This mix of mildly flavored brassicas contains Mizuna, Cabbage, Kale, and Kohlrabi. Mostly green with a touch of red. Varieties are subject to change depending upon availability.

- Spicy Micro Mix

Description- A colorful blend of red and green mustards with various textures. Spicy flavor pairs well with the Mild Micro Mix. 

- Micro Beet Sprout Blend

 Description-  These sprouts have some red and some green with red veins. Beet sprouts have a light earthy taste, just a touch different and neutral in combination with other vegetables. It is the fantastic colour that that makes all the difference on your plate. They can be used raw or cooked to decorate salads, toast dishes and other snacks or stir fries.

 

Shoots

- Sunflower Shoots

Description- Sunflower Shoots are the most sought ater sprout not only for cooking but aten "naked". They present a very fresh and crisp texture with a himnt o  nutty/lemon flvor to them. Some say that these are the secret weapon of great salads!

- Popcorn Shoots

Description- Popcorn shoots are grown from a particular variety of popcorn kernels, and have a rather sweet corn flavor with a slightly-sour, grassy finish evoking wheatgrass.  Their texture is bold yet crunchy, very similar to bean sprouts.
